• Arrange regular cleanings, a deep cleaning, and window washing.
• Coordinate the cleaning of the house for the owner’s or their family and friends’ arrivals and departures.
• Organize laundry services.

Property Management

For homeowners who don’t rent out their property but still need someone to manage their home:

• Local contact person.
• Key holding services.
• Contact person for the alarm company.
• Monthly property check.
• Report, including pictures, after each visit of maintenance.
• Arrange regular cleanings, a deep cleaning, and window washing.
• Coordinate the cleaning of the house for the owner’s or their family and friends’ arrivals and departures.
• Organize laundry services.
• Obtain quotes for any necessary services.
• Manage all maintenance tasks, including arranging electricians, plumbers, painters, renovations, and overseeing the work.

Rental Services

For owners who rent their property and need someone to manage their home:

• Meet and Greet with your tenants. 
• If desired, we can arrange a welcome pack for tenants in the home on the day of arrival.
